摘要: Juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma (JNA) is a rare, benign, highly vascular, and locally aggressive tumor that predominantly occurs in adolescent males. Usually, the presenting symptom painless nasal obstruction or epistaxis; however, other symptoms may develop depending on size extent of mass. Owing to vascularity tumor, incisional biopsy not attempted. The diagnosis dependent multiplanar imaging modalities like Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Angiography. These help assessing mass, pre-operative embolization feeder vessel, treatment planning. patients with JNA are diagnosed by otorhinolaryngologists, but here, we present rare case reporting dental hospital due tender palatal swelling.
