摘要: Summary An analysis was made of the rhabdomyosarcomas diagnosed in Dept. Pathology University Groningen between 1971 and 1983. Ten cases patients over 30 years age were studied detail. After review diagnosis discarded on morphologic criteria all cases. In 9 it changed into malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) one case this favoured, but inconclusive. 5 immunohistochemical studies could be performed. staining for muscle specific intermediate filaments desmin appeared negative mesenchymal vimentin positive. These also positive or more histiocytic markers alpha-1-antichymotrypsin, alpha-1-antitrypsin lysozyme. It is concluded that rhabdomyosarcoma older extremely rare possible relationship MFH adult childhood discussed.
