摘要: This article is a summary of attention and memory as well their interactions in the context brain imaging research performed last two decades. Attention introduced under three-component framework which divides into three distinct components: alerting, orienting, executive control. Memory model: sensory memory, short-term or working (WM), long-term (LTM). Emphasis put on components showing closest interactions, such between orienting control area WM LTM.
