摘要: Abstract A flow injection on-line preconcentration technique, combined with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of gold in ore samples has been presented. An α-amino pyridine resin (AP) was loaded onto a microcolumn as reagent and solution 90% acetone-5% HCl-5% H 2 O used elution. The Scaled Simplex Method employed to optimize manifold. selected factors were optimized by simultaneous consideration two responses, absorbance column retention efficiency, only 12 tests. detection limit 0.065 μg Au/l (3σ) relative standard deviation 4.3%, achieved. Ore containing have analysed successfully using proposed method.
