摘要: Virtual organizations that use email to communicate and coordinate their work toward a common goal are becoming ubiquitous. However, little is known about how these work. Much prior research suggests virtual organizations, for the most part because they information technology communicate, will be decentralized non-hierarchical. This paper examines behavior of one such organization. The analysis based on case study communication structure content communications among members organization during four-month period.
