摘要: Results of a survey the state-of-art Arctic escape, evacuation, and rescue (EER) are presented. The review covers regulations standards, current emerging technologies, analytical methods for assessment EER performance. status international (ISO) Canadian national standards is described. Both sets performance based, but vary in their approach. Although many different open water technologies have been adapted to some degree use, there does not appear be fully operational evacuation system adequate both ice conditions. Finally, assessing risk reliability associated with emergency operations laden waters reviewed. These include algorithms human mechanical generating probabilities likely outcomes under environmental, operational, emergency, personnel Conclusions from work summarized.
