摘要: In this paper we discuss several techniques to display multiple scalar distributions within an image depicting a 2D flow field. We first address how internal contrast and mean luminance can effectively be used represent distribution in addition underlying Secondly, expand upon current technique more use ramps over dense streamlines direction of flow. Lastly, present new method, based on embossing, encode the out-of-plane component 3D vector field defined domain. Throughout paper, limit our focus visualization steady flows.
