摘要: Patients with central retinal artery occlusion studied by fluorescein fundus angiography revealed remarkable slowing of dye flow. The single instance total obstruction showed retrograde venous filling from disc capillaries. "Segmentation" the stagnant blood imparts an easily detectable granular appearance to fluorescent column, caused absorption fluorescence red cells. Dye flowed swiftly through unobstructed cilioretinal arteries and in one a branch was demonstrated. Capillary supply may be demonstrated contrast when not appreciable on direct examination. Accurate timing sequence should useful evaluation some many therapies recommended acute occlusion.
