Diastereoselective Synthesis of Enantiopure Homopropargylic N-tert-Butylsulfinylamines

摘要: The propargylation of N-tert-butylsulfonylimines (I) and (IV) with allenylzinc reagent (II), generated in situ, proceeds excellent regio- diastereoselectivity to give alkynes (III) (V), resp., as highly preferred products.
