摘要: Abstract A patient with persistent Australia (Au) antigenaemia after post-transfusion hepatitis developed membranous glomerulonephritis. Immunofluorescent staining of kidney tissue revealed glomerular deposits IgG, complement C 3 , and Au antigen in a pattern characteristic immune complex deposition.
