摘要: Soft tissue tumours in children are rare, and the differentiation between pseudosarcomatous sarcomas is difficult. Rapidly-enlarging masses within head neck region infants require rapid diagnosis prompt definitive treatment to lessen psychological burden on parents surgical team. We present a case of 17-month-old girl who had large, rapidly-enlarging soft mass maxilla which was excised. The childhood extracranial fasciitis confirmed histopathologically. emphasise importance conservative excision once has been confirmed.
