摘要: To determine the in vitro effects of environmental and nutritional factors on development hatching eggs Haemonchus contortus, were cultivated at different temperatures, humidity pH, phosphate buffered saline (PBS), tap water, or normal saline, with without faecal material soil. No occurred 4oC up to 15 days. Hatching was maximum (40.7%) 30oC Day 5. Maximum (39.5%) observed 6 pH minimum (3.3%) 4 3. did not occur 2. At a relative 80 - 90%, (42.2%) recorded Light had no effect . proportion hatched PBS containing (40.1%). It is suggested that may be used for incubation contortus Best results obtained 30oC, 90%.
