摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter presents the quantification and structural elucidation of low quantities radiolabeled metabolites using microplate scintillation counting (MSC) techniques in conjunction with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). Radioactive isotopes, mainly 14C, are routinely used to trace fate drugs disposition metabolism studies conducted during their development. Information derived from these is a critical component developing safe effective new also regulatory requirement for registration approval.
