摘要: Rubropunctatin is a naturally occurring constituent of polyketide compounds that has great potential in the development cancer-assisted chemotherapy. However, it certain shortcomings such as water insolubility and photo instability limit its clinical application. In this study, we constructed Rubropunctatin-loaded liposome (R-Liposome) anticancer drug carrier for first time. The results indicate R-Liposome soluble, spherical morphology, homogeneity dispersibility with high encapsulation efficiency (EE%, 90 ± 3.5%) loading rate (LR%, 5.60 2.5%) values. Moreover, improves photostability, storage pH stabilities Rubropunctatin. also prolongs release Rubropunctatin, enhances activity encourages mechanism to promote apoptosis. Therefore, liposomal nanoparticles have delivery vehicles cancer treatment.
