Magnetoliposomes in Controlled-Release Drug Delivery Systems.

摘要: Liposomes, one of the most promising drug delivery carriers, have been extensively studied for treatment various diseases and made their way to market. Magnetic nanoparticles attracting great interest diagnostic therapeutic applications due unique magnetic properties. An integration liposomes gives potential field smart systems, including magnetically guided delivery, image-guided externally triggered controlled release using hyperthermia or alternating fields. In this review, we discuss recent development magnetoliposomes controlled-release systems potential.
