摘要: ABSTRACT: Proposed herein is a new method for assaying phagocytosis of polystyrene beads by hemocytes Crassostrea virginica involving flow cytometry. In addition, it has been demonstrated that low temperature and cytochalasin B inhibit internalization. Anaerobic conditions did not bead phagocytosis.
