摘要: Summary Background Physical activity (PA) and sedentary lifestyle have been widely associated with specific physiological effects in adolescents. However, the relation of physical a self-perceived health, pain, well-being is less evident, sometimes gender differences generate contradictory results. Objectives To determine association low weekly level highly lifestyles self-perceived, Spanish teenage population. Prospects projects A quantitative cross-sectional study was conducted. total 2293 Spanish 12–16-year-old adolescents participated present study. Self-perceived well-being, were assessed Health Behaviour School-Aged Children questionnaire. The between variables studied by binary logistic regression analysis all analyses adjusted age BMI. Results Boys girls PA levels had significantly higher odds ratios (OR) more likely to consider their health as (OR = 1.436 OR = 1.467, respectively). showed greater risk suffering pain (vs. never; OR = 1.303) perceiving always; OR = 1.786). who watch TV most at weekends PC on weekdays are perceive only OR = 1.282) excellent; OR = 1.217). Conclusion Low leads reduced teenagers. It also increases decreases boys. may differ according type (TV, PC, or homework). These suggest need approaches gender.
