摘要: Abstract This study's aim was to develop and validate a symptom index derived from the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Hepatobiliary, questionnaire measuring general hepatobiliary disease specific aspects quality life. The item pool narrowed 26 questions that assess symptoms function. Each 95 cancer experts list 5 most important attend when treating advanced disease. Eight were endorsed by more than 20% (3 pain, 2 fatigue, nausea, weight loss, jaundice) named FACT-Hepatobiliary Symptom Index-8 (FHSI-8). Among 51 patients, FHSI-8 showed good internal consistency (0.79), test-retest reliability (r = 0.86), strong association with mood −0.56), patient differentiation ECOG Performance Status Rating ( P
