摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing an optical waveguide, including the steps of applying cladding layer-forming resin onto substrate and curing form lower layer; laminating core film on layer subjecting exposure light development pattern; over pattern embed therebeneath, upper layer, wherein step forming includes (1) allowing be temporarily attached using roll laminator, (2) thermocompression-bonding under reduced pressure. There is provided waveguide having uniform with good productivity.
