摘要: We evaluated the antimicrobial resistance patterns and molecular characteristics of 11 extraintestinal Escherichia coli strains 1 intestinal E. from human infections collected in Brazil. Two were nonsusceptible to extended spectrum cephalosporins (cefotaxime, ceftazidime, cefepime); one isolated diarrhea carried blaCTX-M-14 blaTEM-1, whereas other, tracheal secretion, blaCTX-M-15 blaOXA-1.
