摘要: We reported microwave measurements on a nanoscale MgO-based magnetic tunnel junction having an elliptical shape with large aspect ratios to obtain enough in-plane anisotropy ensure free layer magnetization along the long axis. Combined of synthetic antiferromagnet pinned short axis, this results in perpendicular configuration between magnetizations and layers. A steady high frequency oscillation up 5 GHz was achieved such devices at zero field. Meanwhile, tunability 0.11 Hz·cm2/mA (2.67 GHz/mA) obtained. The micromagnetic simulations confirm origin our spin transfer nano-oscillators (STNOs). These suggest great possibility improved integration potential application STNOs for developing next-generation on-chip oscillators.
