摘要: The aim of the study was to evaluate effects a dynamic training program versus muscle relaxation as home exercise in patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases. Fifty-four (mean age 54 years, mean symptom duration 14 years) were randomized one two programs. After personal instructions every patient exercised at for half an hour, 5 days week during 3 months. Before and after interventions, all assessed health-related quality life, joint tenderness physical capacities. group had improved perceived exertion walking test (p < or = 0.05), while their total Nottingham Health Profile 0.01), its subscale lack energy Ritchie's articular index function lower extremities arm endurance 0.01). Regarding changes intervention period, there significant difference 0.05) between groups favour group. results thus indicated that progressive might improve health related reduce be superior improving clinical small have interpreted caution.
