摘要: Development of the arterial pole heart is a critical step in cardiogenesis, yet its embryological origin remains obscure. We have analyzed transgenic mouse line which beta-galactosidase activity observed embryonic right ventricle and outflow tract contiguous splanchnic pharyngeal mesoderm. The nlacZ transgene has integrated upstream fibroblast growth factor 10 (Fgf10) gene comparison with expression pattern Fgf10 mesoderm indicates control by regulatory sequences. Dil labeling shows progressive movement cells from arch region into growing tube between days 8.25 10.5. These data suggest that myocardium originates outside classical field.
