摘要: The use of antisense phosphorothioate oligodeoxynucleotides as tools for modulating gene expression represents a novel strategy designing drugs to treat variety diseases. Several factors, including cellular uptake and internalization the oligodeoxynucleotide, are important parameters in determining effectiveness agents therapies. We have used cyclodextrin its analogs carriers increase oligodeoxynucleotides. studies were carried out using 35Slabeled fluorescent-labeled oligodeoxynucleotide human T cell leukemia H9 line.
