摘要: Electrochemical detection of different biomolecules in vivo is a promising path towards situ monitoring human body and its functions. However, there are several major obstacles, such as sensitivity, selectivity biocompatiblity, which must be tackled order to achieve reliably safely operating sensor devices. Here we show that by utilizing hybrid carbon materials electrodes detect two types neurotransmitters, dopamine glutamate, advantages over commonly used electrode can achieved. In particular, will demonstrate here it possible combine the properties allotropes obtain with greatly improved electrochemical performance. Three following examples approach given: (i) diamond-like (DLC) thin film layer thicknesses, (ii) multi-walled nanotubes grown directly on top DLC (iii) nanofibres synthesized films. Detailed structural characterization carried out rationalize reasons behind observed behvior. addition, results from atomistic simulations utilized more information about amorphous
