摘要: We measured the content of lipid peroxides in plasma LDL from patients with chronic CHD not accompanied by hypercholesterolemia; and type 2 diabetes mellitus decompensation carbohydrate metabolism; CHD, circulatory insufficiency, (without hypercholesterolemia). The isolated blood differential ultracentrifugation a density gradient was estimated highly specific method modifications (reagent Fe2+ xylene orange triphenylphosphine as reducing agent for organic peroxides). much higher than controls (patients without coronary heart disease diabetes). Hypercholesterolemia can be considered factors promoting oxidation vivo. Our results suggest that stimulation peroxidation low-density lipoproteins during hypercholesterolemia is associated strong autooxidation cholesterol glucose oxidative carbonyl (aldehyde) stress, respectively. These data illustrate possible mechanism progression atherosclerosis mellitus.
