摘要: This communication presents a miniaturized printed circuit board (PCB)-based surface plasmon wave antenna with high gain designed using substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) technology. The periodic grooves made on provide constructive superposition of electric field due to resonances which lead an enhancement. Furthermore, PCB relative permittivity shifts the resonance lower frequencies and shrinks size. is fed from bottom layer by feed line couples power patch waves through cavity. Then, propagated SIW where plasmons resonate. measurement results show that 17.4 dBi achieved along narrow beamwidth low sidelobe level 11 dB, approximately.
