摘要: This paper focuses on Precision Public Health (PPH), described in the scientific literature as an effort to broaden scope of precision medicine by extrapolating it towards public health. By means “All Us” (AoU) research program, launched National Institutes U.S., PPH is being developed based health data shared through a broad range digital tools. emerging idea harness collected for be able tailor preventive interventions at-risk groups. The character these concern genetic identity, lifestyle and overall therefore affect ‘intimacy’ personhood. Through concept biological citizenship, we elucidate how AoU its recruitment tactics, resonating ‘diversity’, at same time appeal constitute defining individuals ‘data sharing subjects’. Although called for; type bio-citizenship that enacted here, has particular definition, where participant ‘citizenship’ terms empowerment (front), ‘bio’ prefix become main focus research. i.e. biosubjectivities vs biocapital. raises question whether societal challenges often underlie issues can sufficiently dealt with way ‘diversity’ accounted program. We suggest still risks harming underrepresented groups preconditions design
