摘要: L’usure est la deterioration produite par l’usage. Au niveau des dents elle existe depuis l’origine de l’Humanite et dans toutes les civilisations. Elle systematique intense populations du passe mais consideree comme physiologique. Cette idee souvent confuse car actuellement, bien que moins developpee, prend parfois formes pathologiques. De plus depend nombreux mecanismes complexes, synchrones ou sequentiels, synergiques additifs qui masquent sa veritable origine. Aussi, afin d’ameliorer prevention le diagnostic l’usure dentaire mieux comprendre ses diverses manifestations, l’objectif principal cet article presenter fondamentaux dont ainsi leurs consequences. L’approche tribologique a pour cela ete retenue.
