摘要: Abstract Growth and enzyme development in cell cultures of fetal rat brain were influenced by type growth medium, density, age tissue source. Cells grew better one medium (DMEM), but the other (F12G) enhanced choline acetyltransferase activity. One (DMEM) lost efficacy 2 weeks after preparation complete medium. Cell division rate was density dependent, related to time culture concentration. Some results suggested producing cells. Differences source resulted primarily differences growth: 21 day cells developed more protein per 10 6 inoculated than from younger animals; there little difference activity culture. Conditions may be controlled such that will grow express differentiated functions a predictable manner.
