摘要: The presented study focused on the effect of self-efficacy, as well other selected demographic variables, transfer cross-cultural training and expatriate performance. Selected independent variables include tenure, level education, gender, age, marital status, foreign language competency formal experience. Expatriates employed by multinational company that were their current assignments to be studied sample. design this a quantitative research method. A survey instrument crafted specifically for was digitized made accessible participants via Internet. After data automatically collected, appropriate statistical analysis tools such descriptive statistics, correlations means, Analysis Variance, reliability test Cronbach’s alpha used purposes. Expatriate’s perceived self-efficacy found interactive with (CCT). While martial competency, experience having no correlation CCT, results show have strong impact expatriate’s Based conclusions, set recommendations has been future researchers. Implications HRD practitioners organizations also explored.
