摘要: The aim of the present article was to study healing wounds using spider silk. Eight New Zealand female rabbits were selected as animal model. First, 3 identical with length 15 mm and a depth 4 on back each rabbit created. first group, standard control, did not receive any special treatment, they treated only saline Vaseline locally. second positive received thin film phenytoin 1% ointment third silk protein. At end study, biopsy skin done. After tissue preparation, all sections evaluated. Some morphometrical parameters such counting cells, fibroblasts, blood vessels, determination area wound closure, necrotic tissue, speed healing, epidermal thickness done, for data statistical analysis, SPSS software Excel used. results this showed that dressing may benefit possible effect nanoparticles in test preparation healing.
