摘要: Background Wheat is the most important winter crop in world, being affected by presence of fungal, mainly those belonging to Fusarium genus. head blight (FHB) a serious disease that causes economic damage and quantitative/qualitative losses, with graminearum poae two isolated species worldwide. The present study aimed evaluate interaction between F. effects on parameters, grain quality mycotoxin contamination five wheat genotypes under field conditions during three growing seasons. Results Statistical differences treatments were found for 2014/2015 season. High values incidence (58.00 ± 8.00%), severity (6.28 1.51%) FHB index (4.72 1.35) observed + treatment. Regarding quality, results showed degradation different protein fractions depends each species: glutenins degraded preferably (-70.82%), gliadins (-29.42%), whereas both when (-60.91% -16.51%, respectively). Significant genotypes, Proteo (DON = 12.01 3.67 μg g-1 ). In addition, we report 3-ADON predominated over 15-ADON seasons evaluated. Conclusion Variations plant-pathogen (Fusarium-wheat pathosystem) should be considered at least years favorable climatic development, as result potential impact this contamination. © 2019 Society Chemical Industry.
