摘要: ABSTRACT Phthalate esters that are used as plasticizers and also found at low levels in foods such dairy products often mentioned suspected endocrine disrupters. The purpose of the present study is to elucidate whether perinatal exposure di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), diisononyl (DINP) di-2-ethylhexyl adipate (DEHA) affects several aspects reproductive function rats especially sexual differentiation brain. To this end, dams were provided with pulverized soy-free diet containing 20, 200, 2,000 10,000 ppm DBP, 40, 400, 4,000 20,000 DINP, or 480, 2,400 12,000 DEHA from gestational day (GD) 15 postnatal (PDN) 21, weaning, serum sex steroid hormone, gonadotropin behaviors after maturation assessed. At Postnatal week (PNW) 20-21, steroids gonadotropins both male female rats, well estrous cyclicity females, not changed by DINP DEHA, indicating these chemicals did affect brain controlling system hypothalamo-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. On other hand, inhibitory influences on behaviors, ejaculation males lordosis observed chemicals. These results suggest may act directly discrete regions hypothalamus regulating but secretion, thereby a resultant decrease sex-specific
