摘要: To study the influence of β-receptor activation on sodium channel current and physiological significance increased with regard to cardiac output caused by sympathetic excitation. Multiple experimental approaches, including ECG, action potential recording conventional microelectrodes, whole-cell measurements, single-channel recordings, pumping-force were applied guinea pig hearts isolated ventricular myocytes. Isoprenaline was found dose-dependently shorten QRS waves, increase amplitude Vmax potentials, augment fast current, occurrence frequencies open time constants long-open burst modes channel. Increased levels membrane-permeable cAMP have similar effects. In presence a calcium blocker, TTX reversed pumping force produced isoprenaline. Beta-adrenergic modulation increases inward accelerates conduction velocity within ventricles changing modes, which might both be conducive synchronous contraction heart enhance its function.
