摘要: MAINTAINING CURRENCY-KEEPING up-is an occupational requirement for knowledge workers which is backed by ethical, legal, and social expectations powerfully reinforced the incentive to preserve value of one’s human capital-i.e., stock skill. But no particular level currency socially required; levels actually attained costs (mainly in time) paid can vary enormously. These are maintenance costs; maintained does not necessarily increase may even decline.
