摘要: Abstract:As groupwork gains recognition, emerging group support technologies raise questions about the merits of these systems relative to performance and return on investment. Business case variables efficiency, quality, effectiveness, customer satisfaction decision making are useful in measuring potential contribution that offer. This paper presents findings from a recent field study used business concepts as its design approach. The explores infrastructure development requirements for building study. Such framework is makers researchers interested deployment complex environments.
