摘要: In order to better match supply and demand in public transit (PT) systems, this paper proposes operational strategies fare models for a single bus line, subject capacity constraints budget restrictions. The objective of model is maximize the total social profit with weighted combination operator's consumer surplus. For purposes study, operator results from PT services that generate welfare service provider, surplus result users generated by services. To improve efficiency system application optimal models, we consider passenger as elasticity formulate function respect generalized costs including travel fare, waiting time costs, in-vehicle well transfer costs. A case given, numerical are presented. It found maximizing profit, can be efficiently reached. show applying could achieve greater welfare, attract more passengers, reduce fleet size. With value function, accounts small proportion. When restrictions considered model, only breaks even. Through analyzing components find times have significant impact on passengers' behaviors. Furthermore, comparison fares determined functions such etc., maximization higher.
