摘要: Changes in ecdysteroid levels that lead to commitment of pupal and adult development were studied the yellow fever mosquito, Aedes aegypti. Application juvenile hormone at time usually results delay or blockage development. With methoprene, a mimic, JH sensitive period was found be within 19 h after ecdysis fourth instar, which methoprene treatment caused pupation. Consistent with this observation, there small peak between 14 28 instar. Therefore, occurs most likely Levels transcription ecdysone receptor gene show 12 24 h, larger 46 66
