摘要: The composition and density of surface hydroxyl carbonate groups on calcite dolomite after contact at 25 °C with solutions different pH (3 to 12) concentration (10-4 ≤ ∑CO2 0.1 M) were monitored by means diffuse reflectance infrared (DRIFT) spectroscopy. Both for dolomite, broad high-intensity absorbance bands about 3400 1600 cm-1 observed below 6 10-3 M. These are assigned present the mineral surfaces. At higher ∑CO2, intensity these significantly decreases. On contrary double band 1400 due species (surface bulk) both minerals was found increase increasing solution concentration, being lowest 5 observations correlate well speciation or dolomite/aqueous interface predicted based surface...
