摘要: Abstract The poultry industry is one of the most successful sectors US agriculture; however, ensuring microbiological safety meat a formidable challenge. Poultry products are increasingly being implicated in multiple foodborne disease outbreaks, resulting escalated public health concerns and significant economic losses. has traditionally relied upon good manufacturing practices implementing hazard analysis critical control points for increasing products; these interventions not completely effective preventing diseases. With consumer demand safe minimally processed products, modern distribution system requiring adequate shelf life, novel intervention strategies with long-lasting antimicrobial efficacy explored. This chapter highlights potential various packaging methods improving life products. In addition, effects on quality food discussed.
