摘要: INTRODUCTIONDimethylsulphoxide(DMSO)isawater-misciblesolventthathas wide applications in cell biology. It influences intramem-brane interactions a way that is different from of someother solvents make hydrogen bonds with water mole-cules. There are stronger between DMSO andwater than molecules themselves and thisaffects membrane stability (Gordeliy et al. 1998; Yu andQuinn 1998), permeability fusion (Wood andWood 1975). This appears to be responsible for the biologicaland therapeutic impact DMSO. However, there noinformation about biological activity its nearesthomologue, diethylsulphoxide (DESO). The strong interac-tion DESO tends form an even moreassociative structure DMSO, resulting number ofunique physicochemical properties (Markarian Stock-hausen 2000). serves modulate stabilityof biomolecular structures often their functional organ-ization either by direct interaction or via withsolvating molecules. From this point view, theinteraction systems may have animportant influence on function. This paper presents data effect theactivities key transport systems, such as F
