Thermoelectric and Interference Effects in a Kondo-Correlated Quantum Dot with Rashba Spin-Orbit Coupling

摘要: Thermoelectric e ects in spin-polarized transport through a strongly correlated quantum dot coupled to two ferromagnetic leads is investigated theoretically by means of the nite-U slave boson technique. The both symmetrically via spin-conserving tunneling processes and asymmetrically spin-nonconserving Rashba-induced terms. asymmetric coupling various interference which modify properties. We have analyzed such thermoelectric coe cients like electronic contribution heat conductance κ, thermopower S, ciency ZT .
