摘要: Deleted in liver cancer-1 (DLC-1) has been isolated from primary hepatocellular carcinoma and demonstrated to be a potential tumor suppressor gene. The aim of the present study was observe effect DLC-1 gene on pancreatic cancer cell growth evaluate feasibility using therapy for cancer. A recombinant plasmid (pcDNA3.1/DLC-1) transfected into PANC-1 cells by liposomes then pre-established human were injected athymic nude mice via tail vein. results showed that overexpression inhibited proliferation vitro, while act introducing reduced tumorigenicity mice. findings suggest may have an pathogenesis promising target
