摘要: The instrumentation development of a fluorescence detector for flow injection analysis (FIA) based on an acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) is reported. unique features the AOTF-namely, its all-solid-state, compact, fast-scanning, and high-resolution characteristics-make it possible to develop first FIA which capable recording whole spectrum with fine vibronic structure compound as flowing through detector. This capability, in turn, makes use this determination polarity any sample by doping small amount pyrene measuring ratio intensities band 1 3. Because case instrument, can be mixture two different solvents or surfactants operating instrument under gradient condition. Polarity mixtures simply, rapidly, economically (in terms samples time needed measurements) determined.
