摘要: Abstract Ni1−xZnxFe2O4 with x = 0.2 and 0.4 are prepared by a conventional solid-state reaction technique. Samples were sintered at various temperatures. Structural surface morphology studied X-ray diffraction optical microscopy. The magnetic properties of the ferrites characterized high-frequency (1 kHz–13 MHz) measurements. Curie temperature Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 is 516 ± 1 ° C , while 353 for Ni0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4. relative quality factor Ni0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4 sample 1250 °C found maximum ( 2.1 × 0 4 ). effects microstructure, composition sintering temperatures on complex permeability Ni–Zn discussed.
