摘要: Abstract In this study, ZnS nanocrystals (NCs) was synthesized and investigated as a novel sorbent for the copper removal from waste water. According to adsorption experiments, efficiency is over 99.0% in one minute. The saturated capacity of NCs on about 650 mg/g which closed theoretic capacity. influence pH value, other metal ions size were investigated, respectively. characterized by TEM XPS reveal reaction mechanism. It found that layer thickness played an important role sorbent. more difficult remove water sorbents with thicker layer. Heat treatment method promoted performance greatly. Additionally, removed could be reclaimed easily. Therefore, it promising
