摘要: Resume L’existence de difficultes cognitives durant les phases d’etat des troubles bipolaires (episodes maniaques depressifs, maniaques, hypomaniaques et mixte) est demontree depuis longtemps a fait l’objet nombreuses etudes. deficits cognitifs periodes intercritiques ont moins d’etudes, lesquelles produit resultats difficiles interpreter du la faible taille echantillons non prise en compte facteurs confusion influencant performances (symptomes residuels, comorbidites, âge…). Plus recemment, etudes permis documenter tres clairement l’existence memoire (en particulier verbale), d’attention fonctions executives patients bipolaires. En outre, plusieurs prospectives meta-analyses indiquent que ces sont associes au fonctionnement ce meme apres symptomes residuels thymiques. Le developpement modules specifiques charge faisant appel aux techniques remediation cognitive constitue donc un enjeu majeur. Ces pourraient etre marqueurs vulnerabilite pathologie bipolaire, mais egalement constituer « cicatrices » episodes thymiques majeurs.
