摘要: Collecting duct carcinoma (CDC) is a rare and aggressive form of renal cell (RCC) arising from the epithelium Bellini’s duct. It presents earlier in life has poorer prognosis than clear-cell type. Historically, immunosuppressed transplant patients are more likely to develop malignancies general population. We report case CDC native kidney 59-year-old man who initially underwent transplantation five years before time presentation. To our knowledge, setting long-term immunosuppression not been previously described.
