摘要: Post-traumatic headache (PTH) is the most common secondary disorder, corresponding to approximately 4 % of all symptomatic headaches. PTH, a cardinal feature post-concussive syndrome, usually shows phenotype similar migraine or tension-type headache. However, rare cases PTH trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias have been described. Many studies investigated prevalence and potential risk factors for its development maintenance. In general population, majority patients female has involved in vehicle-related accidents. Generally, gradually disappears over few weeks months; however, could become persistent very disabling minority patients. This brief review will focus on epidemiological aspects.
